We partnered with Warner Fences to enhance their customer experience—developing a 3D sales tool, refreshing their digital presence, and creating a cohesive brand identity that strengthens nationwide recognition.

As a leading national fencing provider, Warner Fences needed a dynamic sales tool and a refreshed brand presence to stand out in a competitive market. From in-home consultations to national brand recognition, Warner required digital, visual, and experiential solutions that not only streamlined the sales process but also strengthened customer engagement.

The Challenge

Selling fences is a highly visual process - clients need to see how a fence will look before committing to a design. Warner needed a 3D sales tool that would allow sales consultants to showcase fence options in real-time, ensuring a seamless and confident buying process. Beyond the sales experience, brand visibility and consistency were also key priorities, requiring a bold creative approach that would work across digital, TV, and physical environments.

The Solution

To bring Warner’s customer sales experience into the digital age, an enterprise tablet app was developed, allowing sales consultants to take real-time property photos during consultations, overlay different fence styles, colours, and gates onto images and save photo-realistic renderings for customer reference and approval.

This has since been expanded onto the customer facing website to allow for consumers to test the placement, colour palette and style of fence themselves via 3D models housed with in the website itself.

Beyond digital sales tools, Warner Fences also received a comprehensive brand overhaul, including the development of TV commercial and campaign assets, a complete website redesign and redevelopment, and showroom spatial design and vehicle signage, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

We also introduced a new brand ambassador - a digitally illustrated and animated canine character. This playful, recognisable figure became a central storytelling element, enhancing Warner’s approachability, trust, and recall value across all marketing channels.

With the 3D sales tools, a modernised digital platform, and a strong, cohesive brand identity, Warner Fences can now deliver an engaging, seamless customer experience from the first consultation to final installation. The combination of technology, design, and brand storytelling has elevated Warner’s position as a leader in the fencing industry, ensuring they remain top-of-mind for customers nationwide.
