Make the systems you already have work as one.

We connect the systems you already run on so the same information lives in one place and every part of the business is working from it. Publica's approach focuses on enhancing automation, boosting efficiency, and improving supply chain visibility, ensuring that each solution is tailored to your unique business objectives. By creating and maintaining custom APIs, we enable your systems to communicate effectively, providing accurate and timely information that supports informed decision-making and drives measurable results.

What it looks like now

Most B2B wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers run several systems that were bought at different times for different jobs. The ERP handles stock and invoicing, the CRM handles sales, the website takes orders, and the accounting software sits alongside all of it. These systems weren't designed to share information with each other, which means the same customer, product and pricing details are held separately in each one and have to be kept in line manually.

That is manageable when the business is small. As order volume, staff numbers and locations grow, the amount of manual checking and re-entering grows with it, and errors start to slip through.

Types of integrations

At Publica, we connect your other systems to your ERP so stock, pricing, customer and order information is held in one place and everything else works from it. We work with MYOB EXO, NetSuite, Accredo, Unleashed, Fishbowl and Xero.

What an ERP integration is

Your ERP holds the information the rest of the business depends on: what you stock, what it costs, who your customers are and what they pay. An ERP integration is a connection between the ERP and another system, your website, your CRM, your warehouse or your accounting software, so that information moves between them automatically.

The ERP stays the source of truth and the other systems stop keeping their own version of it.

At Publica, we connect your CRM to the rest of the business, your ERP, your website, your quoting, your support desk and your marketing tools, so every team is working from the same customer record. We work with HubSpot, where we are a certified partner, as well as Salesforce, Zoho and ActiveCampaign.

What a CRM integration is

Your CRM holds your pipeline, your contacts and your conversations with customers. The rest of what you know about those customers sits elsewhere: what they buy and what they pay in the ERP, what they've asked in the support desk, what they've done on your website, what they've opened from marketing.

A CRM integration connects those systems to the CRM so a customer's record is one record, kept up to date from every direction. In practice that means a web enquiry creates the contact automatically, a quote raised in the CRM uses real pricing and stock, a deal that closes becomes an order without being retyped, and when a customer's order history or credit position changes, the sales team can see it.

At Publica, we connect your online store or ordering portal to the systems behind it, your ERP or inventory, your CRM, your shipping and your accounts, so stock and pricing on the site are always current and every order flows through without anyone typing it in again. We work with Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce, and build custom portals on WordPress and Craft CMS where an off the shelf store doesn't fit.

What an eCommerce integration is

Your store or portal is where customers order, but it doesn't hold the information it needs to do that well. Stock and pricing live in the ERP or inventory system, customer accounts and pricing tiers live in the ERP or CRM, and once an order is placed it has to reach the warehouse, the accounts and the customer's record.

An eCommerce integration connects the store to those systems in both directions, so the site is working from the same information as the rest of the business. In practice that means a customer sees current stock and their own pricing when they order, the order is created in the ERP the moment it's placed, the warehouse picks it without a printout, the sale is recorded in the accounts, and the customer's record shows what they bought.
