A leading social enterprise, Trade Aid engaged Publica to architect, design and develop a unified digital platform to tell their rich supplier stories and drive ecommerce sales.
Success was built by our project team focusing on gaining an understanding of Trade Aid’s business end-to-end; from supplier to consumer. The platform boasts real-time inventory management of stock levels synced with store sales, courier tracking of ecommerce sales – ultimately turning their front-facing website into a leading generator of revenue.
The back-end of the platform works for suppliers by providing a wholesale platform with tiered pricing for bulk purchase, works for the Trade Aid team by producing full reporting of platform activity. On the whole, it’s a future-focused platform that provides flexibility for growth.
