A nationwide leader in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial supplies and packaging products, Primepac required a digital platform that matched the sophistication of their internal processes.

Publica partnered closely with the Primepac team to assess their digital priorities, their customers’ behaviours, and internal processes. Together, we saw opportunity to better integrate the digital platform with existing business systems, and ultimately with the end-user journey.

Publica developed an open-source platform, unique to Primepac’s business needs. This ecommerce solution provides a straightforward and engaging shopping experience, whilst also enabling the team to process orders with ease and accuracy. The resulting platform exceeded the project’s key objectives and supported a rise in profits for the in-house team.

The platform now integrates with MYOB EXO and with Primepac’s Inventory Management System to ensure on-site transaction data is distributed efficiently and accurately – getting the right info to the right people and the right products to the right places.

As our working relationship strengthened, Publica created a custom loyalty system – PacPoints – to boost customer retention and improve the overall web touchpoint. This resulted in improved oversight of user behaviours, and customers being further celebrated by receiving rewards for their extended loyalty.
