A stronghold in a competitive industry, Alpine Spas are in the business of providing luxury experiences through high-quality products.
Tasked with creating a “world-class platform”, Publica was brought on board to create a detailed digital platform that makes the sales decision easy for users.
Working with an already strong brand reputation, the new platform’s purpose was to communicate value and to create conversion. The project was led by user flow analysis, with strategic call-to-actions designed to encourage product enquiry at every step of the sales process. A product selection tool takes users on a personalised journey, ending in suggested products based on customer requirements.
Promotional scheduling functionality means more freedom for the in-house team in managing the platform, streamlining their process for the better. Staff now plug in promo specifications, whilst the platform automatically pulls this information through to creative elements, price, sales timings, and parent category pages.
Providing a full service across this digital project, Publica provided architecture leadership, full-stack development, and digital marketing action in partnership with our digital marketing partner Empire9. Heatmapping and SEO-focussed site structure provided the foundation for improved site performance, in addition to providing a dedicated server environment to minimise disruptions. The customer experience always front of mind, a ‘lazy load’ approach provided back-end efficiencies and prioritised key user content.
Smashing sales goals and integrating a new digital asset into their workflow, this year is only the start of a refreshed upward trajectory for the Alpine Spas team.
