Boom Award: Adam’s Animal Biscuit Goes Under The Hammer

BOOM. The Giraffes Go To Auction & Adam’s Animal Biscuit Gets a New Home

The coveted animal biscuit which our Chief Illustrator, Adam Fields created for Christchurch Stands Tall went under the hammer last night and brought in a healthy contribution to the total profit of $475,000 – an amazing outcome for the charities involved. We felt that the success was probably worthy of a “Boom” Award, something we’ve just recently introduced to the office to celebrate big wins. The humble trophy will sit on Adam’s desk until the next “Boom” event.

The heated auction was a sell out event, with most giraffes skyrocketing to over $5000 rapidly. Buyers were a mix of companies and individuals who fell in love with the showcase.  On the auction, Adam stated “it went pretty well and there was a lot of enthusiasm.” We are absolutely wrapped with the outcome of this project and happy that we could share this journey with the Stand Tall team through our creative sponsorship. A shout out to Claire Cowles who pulled the event together, you have been inspiring and brilliant to work with throughout the brand, web and app development process.
