Golden Healthcare Group holds facilities that provide long-term residential aged care and retirement village complexes throughout Canterbury. Publica was engaged to give the Group and its facilities a long awaited, fresh look, from brand collateral through to their website.
When it comes to choosing the right aged care facility, we know that it’s often a family decision, along with the intended residents their children and grandchildren will often be involved in the process and need to be assured their loved one will be happy in their new situation. This meant developing the Golden Healthcare Group brand to focus on appealing to the whole family, not just the residents.
The new brand needed to reflect the quality of care they offer to the elderly and others, and stand out amongst a relatively crowded aged care market in Christchurch.
WHAT WE DID
Publica redesigned the Golden Healthcare brand including a new logo, refreshed imagery style and an updated typographic approach. The brand was developed to achieve a clear, confident and approachable look, as well as communicating relevancy in their market.
A full suite of refreshed collateral, signage and uniforms has been rolled out across the Group’s facilities. Added to this we designed and developed a more user-friendly and visually appealing website. The site portrays the new Golden Healthcare brand, and is more accessible for their target audience, helping them to easily navigate through their services and facilities.
Golden Healthcare Group are very happy with their new brand, which is professional and sharp and yet still reflecting the nature of a friendly, family-run business.
Operations Manager, Olivia Cleave, reported that since the brand refresh the Group has achieved occupancy above their executive goals. They are now proud to advertise and market their facilities with a consistent, fresh and friendly brand.
